When a claim occurs,
the more information you can obtain, the better we can handle your claim.
Please give us the exact location, date and time of loss along with the
name, address, and phone numbers of anyone else involved or witnesses.
You may be asked for your vehicle identification number and drivers license
number. Document the loss with pictures, repair estimates and a police
report if available. Try to protect the property form further loss and
report the claims immediately.
