Cindy Spalla is the Personal Lines Manager for Exchange Underwriters, Inc., where Cindy leads and coordinates the Personal Lines Customer Service team. Cindy also manages individual customer insurance portfolios, starting from the quote process to field underwriting to sales to professional customer service. Cindy has been in the insurance industry since 1984, and had earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2008. When working with customers, Cindy’s goal is to educate the insurance consumer and assess their exposures and insurance needs, and then assist them in making the best decisions on purchasing the proper insurance policy coverages and limits.
